Design Session Purchase Terms
Design consultations and guided planning sessions available on the website can be purchased via online booking.
By making a purchase, the customer accepts the following terms.
Payment
The service fee is payable in advance.
The booking becomes final upon receipt of payment.
Rescheduling
The appointment can be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the agreed time.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation within 24 hours, the service fee is non-refundable.
Nature of Service
The design session is a consultancy-type service that includes professional guidance and creative suggestions.
Implementation and final decisions are the responsibility of the client.
