Studio Egnes offers the following services:

• complete interior design
• online or in-person design consultations
• guided design experiences
• space planning and mood concepts
• mood boards and design guidelines
• digital guides and creative content

Services are creative and consultative.

The contract is created:

• by ordering the service
• confirmation of the reservation
• payment of the service fee.

In the case of online consultations and design sessions, the booking becomes final upon receipt of payment.

Fees for services are payable in advance, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Payment may be made:

• by bank transfer
• online payment
• by direct debit by bank transfer by bank transfer by individual agreement.

For complete design projects, payment terms may be set out in a separate contract.

The design consultations and sessions take place by appointment.

Appointments can be changed or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation within 24 hours is non-refundable.

Studio Egnes provides professional guidance and creative suggestions.

The client is responsible for the execution of works, purchases and final decisions.

The plans, concepts, mood boards, visuals and documents created by Studio Egnes are protected by copyright.

The customer may use them for his own use only.

Copying, distribution or commercial use of the materials without the written permission of the service provider is prohibited.

Studio Egnes accepts no liability:

• for work carried out by third parties
• defects of suppliers or contractors
• changes in the availability of the products offered.

Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Hungarian law.

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall seek to reach an agreement primarily by amicable means.
